It will NOT work with Windows 7. I have used this product on my XP system and it works great. But, if you are running Win 7 don\'t bother. It either won\'t install properly, or simply doesn\'t work.I have tried to get an answer from the folks that wrote this software, but so far, nothing, nada, zip for an answer.Good luck if you are using Win 7.

The program downloaded fine.However, the quality of the song I transposed was distorted. I only wanted to transpose 3 semitones and the sound was warped. The tempo did slow down a bit but not too much. Too bad as the program was really easy to use.

I have used this product before (version 1.1) and it worked fine. I cannot get version 2.01 to wirk in Windows 7.

This program is really helpful. I\'m a student studying medical transcription from home and needed something to slow down the dictations from the CDs in the program. This program works great for that and the area to transcribe within the program saves a lot of trouble. I am working without a foot pedal, and the ability to set hot keys however you want is great. I would recommend!

I didn\'t put enough time into using this to get proficient, and so it wasn\'t that helpful. I was looking for something that would loop a small segment--say, 10 seconds or so--several times and then move on to a slightly overlapping segment, but couldn\'t figure out how to do that. I know if I had put the time in, though, I probably would love this product.

After searching and trying out several transcription programs, I found exactly what I needed in Express Scribe. It is great! Easy to use and completely functional for my purposes. :)

A lifesaver! This program is fantastic! It loaded with ease on my MAC. I am a student learning Medical Transcription through an at-home study program. One issue/question is how to get it to load Tracks from training CDs in the proper order.They load with the single digit number before the same two-digit number tracks (EX: 1,11,12,13,...2,21,22,23,,,3,31,32,33... instead of the numerical order). I don't know if I can move the downloaded "file" or in this case Track. When I use the usual key strokes for selecting and trying to move it, it does not work. Please advise.Do you have any suggestions ...

does what it is supposed to do I have not worked with other transcription programs, so I cannot compare. This software works as advertised, and I am quite pleased with it. I particularly like the variable playback speeds and the text area, which saves me from shifting back and forth between the player controls and a document in a different program.

OUTSTANDING PROGRAM I've been using Express Transcription for Mac for a week or so now. I use it to transcribe interviews of country music celebrities. Up until now, most of the transcription work has fallen upon someone else...but recently I'm being asked to do more and more. I've been using an analog tape cassette machine, and I knew there had to be something better. A little search on the internet, and voila! Express Scribe is the easiest transcription program I have ever used! Although I couldn\'t get my foot pedal to work -- no problem! Using the keystroke buttons to control the dictation is there to the rescue. The learning curve is about less than 5 mins. I am recommending this to my friends at work, personal and people I network with on Facebook!

So far works great! I use an Infinity USB foot control, and ESTP 5.01 integrated with it with no problem. ESTP 5.01 seems just as good as the \"leading brand\" software we\'ve been using, and now see no reason to keep using. Thanks!

Hi, my AVG Internet Security flagged this program up as containing a trojan. I don\'t think it does (it hasn\'t tried to connect to the internet), have tried it and have been very happy with it. It does all it says on the tin and lets you use the controls whilst typing in word (it uses F keys to speed up, slow down, fast forward etc.).

The audio was great. I have used this software for a few years now - I am a scopist - but for whatever reason when I installed it on a laptop with Vista 64-bit system I kept getting a message that the computer could not find drivers for the pedal. I do not have a generic pedal.I would love to use it again, if I can bet that problem resolved.

This is a very simple-to-use yet handy program. You can play various audio files and then use a foot petal or keyboard to control multiple playback functions. You can speed up and slow down the audio. It looks like there's other stuff I haven't even tried yet. It was very easy to set up and very fast to get going. Thanks!

I want to play wave files for MT I am doing medical transcription as homebased. I downloaded express scribe but I cannot play some wave files for medical transcription jobs and asking for codec compression have to install. The download went fine but the software will not comply with my operating system. I called Dell my service representative and we tried for hours to get the software to work but no luck. Been using TriKaraoke for several years.Only hassle I have had is I paid for what is now free.

This program down loaded well but when i use it even with the mic next to my amp it won\'t pick up the low E string or D,G,B,E only A string. I had to go to other websites to retune my electric guitar.

Great Tuner!!! Used it for a couple of days and am very happy with the results. Very sensitive and accurate.Used it for Bass and Guitar. Worked well for both. I would recommend this for any string instrument player.

no great effect THe GUI is confusing - whatever you try gives either little change or the result is ridiculus. You can't use it to modify a voice for other purpose than fun.

I like the OTS AV very much, but, I don't like the voice sting (Signiture).I know that it needs to be there for a reason, but why have it so you can't turn it off?There are other options you can't access, that would be suffient surely? The voice sting can be VERY annoying.Because of this, I have decided to delete it.I cannot afford to pay the price for the FULL version without that annoying voice, I only use it at home. OtsAV is great for a free program i use pcdj and have used it 4 a long time now and prefer it over various different software

I think this will be a good DJ Program. I could not use and demo OtsAV as it keeps on playing the OTSAV sound when ever I try to anounce the next song that is going to play.So I will have to say thanks but no thanks I cant test or use this program.

Ots AV Free Reveiw Fantastic piece of software! The built in compressor and eq are amazing and this alone is a reason to buy this software! Only negative, and ots not a biggiw, is the time it takes to catalog the library for the first time, but even that compared to some others is fairly good.
